In X-RAY search, you can extract candidate data from google like Candidate Profile, Candidate List you can extract this properly by using google.
For example, if you type on google Civil Engineer then you will get different meanings of Civil Engineer different articles of Civil Engineer, and jobs of Civil Engineer but you will not get proper profiles of Civil Engineer.

If you do X-RAY search properly then google will extract proper candidates profiles for you for this, you have to use some ADVANCED SEARCH, OPERATORSADVANCED SEARCH OPERATORS, like site: while using the site:
Any website name you enter after site: then google will extract that website data for you and you can use this to extract candidate profile.

Intitle:
You have to use other codes also like this, any title you use after intitle: then google will match that title with website title which will give you matching results like this.
Inurl:
You can use inurl: any word which you enter after inurl: then that word should match the part of website URL then that website will show in as result like this.
Filetype:
You can use filetype: filetype: helps you find excel file, doc file, pdf file or any other file then you have to enter that file type after filetype: for example, if you enter pdf after filetype: then google will show you pdf files same like this. You can use AND operator How does AND work?
AND
If you enter AND between two keywords then both the keywords must be present in that website then google will show that website the same as that.
OR
You can use OR operator in OR operator, if there are two keywords if you enter OR in between two keywords if any website contains any keyword out of those two then that website will be shown.
NOR (-)
Same like that you can use negative sign or minus (-) sign if you don’t want any keyword you can use any website to extract candidate data if that website has kept their data public
Let me show you some examples then you will clearly understand the topic that what I am trying to explain and how to do this X-RAY search.
We are here on the google search page let me show you the google X-RAY search for LinkedIn I am just giving you a simple example you can do an advance search also let me show you if I just enter a recruiter.

When I enter the recruiter then I got this result Recruiter. What is a Recruiter? Recruiting Tool, I have got all these options but I want candidate profiles. So what I will enter after this site:Linkedin dot com we already know linkedin.com if you enter slash in after it.
I am using this ADVANCED SEARCH OPERATOR If you enter in after slash then you will get candidate profiles only.
Let me show you the search as I have pressed enter, google is showing candidate profiles.

Examples
Similarly, if you want to download a conference sheet that includes a list of attendees if you are targeting HR who have attended some conclave or event, and if you want to download that sheet it can be downloaded from google.

You just have to use ADVANCED SEARCH OPERATORS let me give you an example but you can do a variety of searches.
So let me just show you we are typing here filetype: filetype:xls because of this you will get Microsoft excel files only before this I will enter a List of attendees at any HR Event.
You can get more specific, but I am just showing you a general search to show the result as you can see only excel files are open of a list of attendees accordingly you can search and you can also make your search more advance.

Let see what we get after downloading as you can see the whole sheet has been downloaded with first name last name Title Director of Human Resources Admin Assistant, there city, the City of Weather for maybe this is from America City of Weatherford City of Forney their address is also available as well as email address may this is contact number, is here
This will be something you have data now you can search candidate from this data and target those candidates as shown.
